The Central City Air difference:
What makes Central City Air special?
We would like to explain what our systems consist of and why they are a far superior product than other systems offered to you by the competition.
- We design our systems to remove greater quantities of humidity quicker through the use of properly sized evaporator coils with custom made plenums and air balancing dampers.
- All of our custom sheet metal is manufactured by Central City Air for your job specifically. This includes any sheet metal connecting the coil, furnace, and filter system (if used).
- Our supply air transitions and plenums are lined with 2-lb. density insulated sheet metal as required by city and state code requirements.
- Central City Air will cover and protect the flooring and haul away all trash and, per EPA regulations, all old equipment. This equipment becomes the responsibility of Central City Air for disposal.
- Central City Air employees perform all work. We do not use subcontractors (licensed or un-licensed) on any of our installations.
- We have been licensed to do business in Houston since 1973.
- Our warranty is one-year parts and one-year labor on all service repairs. As well as a 2-year labor limited warranty on new equipment installation work performed.
- All installations are regulated by state codes. City code regulations are governed by state requirements.
- All permits are pulled as required by controlling jurisdiction and covered by state code.
