All of our service technicians are highly trained and educated in residential heating and cooling services. It all begins with a call to our office, where our team of dispatchers takes your call and gets you scheduled for your visit.

Service Department
At Central City Air, we install and service residential air conditioning and heating in Houston. We do not, however, wish to waste your money! If you are having trouble with your heating or cooling system, first click the button below to take a look at this list of simple, safe do-it-yourself diagnostic procedures. They may save you a service call. If not, call us at 713-861-1977, and count on our usual prompt, courteous, and skilled HVAC service technicians to get your system working again. (One other point… After you call, if you are having any problems please turn off your cooling equipment preferably 4 hours before our arrival).

Whether you are experiencing system troubles or are just looking for a HVAC check-up, you can expect the same courteous and prompt servicing of your system.
For every scheduled visit, Central City Air gives a courtesy call the day before your appointment as well as another call when the technician is on his way to your home.
- Once at your home, our technicians begin their analysis of your system with an over 30-point checkup.
- If they find any problems, or even if everything is looking good, our technicians will inform you on what they found and will spend time with you should you have questions.
- Our knowledgeable technicians are experienced with any make or model and are experienced in diagnosing any problems they come across.
- Our prompt service means that even if they find that you need to have a part replaced, our technicians work fast in conjunction with the office to make sure your system gets back up and running as soon as possible.
- After their inspection, our technician will inform you of the condition of your equipment and if it looks as though something needs to be replaced, they will refer you over to our System Design Team who will work up a proposal for you.

PREFERRED CUSTOMER PROGRAM
At Central City Air, we appreciate you. This is why we created a program designed especially for our loyal customers. The Preferred Customer Program offers rewards based on one of three possible levels of status with the company. Depending on the amount of air conditioning or heating work done by Central City Air, you will automatically be enrolled as either a silver, gold or platinum customer and benefits are automatically applied to any subsequent HVAC work or service provided. The amount of benefits depend on the number of requirements fulfilled by the customer. The following is an outline of requirements and benefits for each status level within the program.

Requirements
- Customers who have Central City Air as the only company servicing their air conditioning and heating equipment without interruption for the past 2 or more years.
- Will maintain this status as a preferred customer by having Central City Air perform routine seasonal air conditioning and heating service maintenance check ups, twice a year without interruption.
Benefits
- Notification twice a year by e-mail, U.S. mail or phone to schedule regular seasonal service maintenance check ups.
- Preferential treatment should you need emergency treatment
- After hours trip charge for service will be billed at one and a half times the rate charged during regular office hours. (Emergency trip charge rate is double)
- 5% discount for new equipment purchased and installed by Central City Air
Requirements
- Have purchased from Central City Air one or more pieces of equipment or complete ductwork system for the residence needing service.
- Will maintain this status as a preferred customer by having Central City Air perform routine seasonal air conditioning and heating service maintenance check ups, twice a year without interruption.
Benefits
- Notification twice a year by e-mail, U.S. mail or phone to schedule regular seasonal service maintenance check ups.
- Preferential treatment should you need emergency service.
- After hours trip charge for service charge will be billed at the same rate as regular office hours. (Emergency trip charge rate is double).
- Special discounted price on the 5″-6″ media pleated filters.
- 5% discount for new equipment purchased and installed by Central City Air
Requirements
- Have purchased from Central City Air one or more complete cooling and heating systems (Condenser, evaporator coil, heater or air handler with ductwork) for the residence needing service.
- Will maintain this status as a preferred customer by having Central City Air perform routine seasonal air conditioning and heating service maintenance check ups, twice a year without interruption.
Benefits
- Notification twice a year by e-mail, U.S. mail or phone to schedule regular seasonal service maintenance check ups.
- Preferential treatment should you need emergency service
- “After hours” trip charge for Preferred Platinum customers will be billed at the same regular rate charged for normal office hours. (The usual emergency trip charge rate is double the current regular rate).
- Special discounted price on the 5″- 6″ media pleated filters.
- 10% discount on parts not covered under warranty.
- 5% discount for new equipment purchased and installed by Central City Air.
